Maskros Apple Kanin

Name: Maskros Apple Kanin (It is Swedish and means; Dandelion Apple Rabbit. But this sounds better <3)

Location: Everywhere were you can find dandelions and trees. That means at a lot of places.

Rarity: It isn't a very rare spiecy. If you now how to find it, you can find it pretty easily.

Size: The higest point on his back (not the plant or flowers, not even the little branch) is about 52 centimeters high. That will be around 20,8 inches. From the point of his, well, i mouth (altough it doesn't have one) to the beginnen of his tail, it will be round the 75 centimeter. His tail is like two to three times his own size. That is different at each of them. Also, the can vary from the height from 40 to 55 centimeters. In the lenght, 65 to 80 centimeter.

Taste: It will taste rabbit like. If you like those, you can eat it pretty well, if you don't... Well, then not, right?

Danger Level: Not dangerous. Just a creature that lives and eat, nothing dangerous.

Poisonous: No, not at all

Any extra traits: They can walk. Why? Because every predator likes a hunt, right? They also root in when they go to sleep.
This creature turns ith the seasons, except for making one for every season. The biggest form on the drawing is, like it sais, spring.

While spring, it has flowers on the back and the little branch has blossom. Apple blossom. At the end of spring, it turns to those fluffs, like dandelions always do.

During summer, the dandelions dissapear and the blossom turns to little apples. Slowly, most of those fall of and one becomes a big, red apple. The grass stays. Might become a little more, but only grass remains during summer.

While Fall comes, the grass falls off, the apple drops and the leaves of the branche turns brown. After a while, also these fall off. It more and more search for a place to eat (stick his roots in the ground) and growns bigger. The little stripe (there is a little stripe on the back, through which the grass and the dandelions grow) is closing, because he gets a little fatter.

Just before the ground is going to froze, he is burying itselve in. When that is done, it looks just look a root from a tree. That is also why he aways stays close to the trees.
When spring is coming again, it comes up again, he is flowering again and gets back his spring selve.

This, by the way, is just one kind of the spiecy. This one is found also near place where appletrees can grow. In other areas it can be that a pear will grow on the back, or even cherries. Also, it doesn't have to be one with dandelions. Also roses can be found, or daisies. The first name will change with the different species, but 'Kanin' will always be in the name, because it is based on a rabbit.

Also, the wood on his back is different with every kin you meet. The same as with trees, it is just the way they grow. Around his small legs are also little pieces of wood, which can contain branches, but most off the time, they don't.

Under the wood, there is this brown like, green colour. This is a very short kind of moss, which almost looks like fur.
At the bottom of his chest, tail and his whole paws are made of roots. When walking, most of them curl up so it can walk the way it wants. When ready to root, it comes out and makes the creature impossible to walk. It has to root. This way it can sleep, and during that eat, but is also pretty easy to get caught. But it digs a little bit in and the roots grow in the earth. His tail can lay behind him, but can also completly dig in the ground. This happens during winter.

About his eye vision; It can't really see. The place of his eyes are actually holes. When closing, it is like a piece of wood. There is also no mouth, nose. It can't think. Instead off that, it off course acts on everything around him like a instinct.

<Little Edit> They reproduce like plants, not like animals. When the dandelions fluff and let go, on those places new creatures can grow. Also where the grown apple falls. Not every fluff turns into a Kanin. The circumstances must be good. Like in the grass or under a tree. A lot of places will actually do, but not in the water or on stone surfaces. The first weeks are underground. After that they come up. Sometimes they walk around, but always close to the place they were born. Another month later they act like a grown up and it can walk where it wants to. After a few other months they are fully grown.
